Spencer Greene

Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist

Dr. Greene grew up in a small town in Florida. His first exposure to East Asian culture was through a demonstration of Shaolin Kung Fu. The Shaolin demonstrated feats that seemed truly superhuman to a 13-year-old Dr. Greene, and this sparked his fire of enthusiasm to study and explore East Asian culture and thought. His passion and curiosity have guided him to where he is today.

Dr. Greene has received his Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He has also studied and completed hospital rotations at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shenyang, China. After this, he worked as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Department of Integrative Medicine at the St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Greene is currently licensed with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine as both an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist.

“I believe that a person is fundamentally whole. Illness develops out of an imbalance, and that imbalance, when addressed properly, can be overcome. Some imbalances may be long-standing, while some have just begun. Through the use of Chinese Medicine and various other techniques, each person is able to restore balance, health, and well-being into their life.”
